12 year old looking for travel team

My son is wanting to find a travel ball team to play with this summer and/or fall. He is currently 12 now but will be 13 in August. He has played rec ball for the past 5 years and made the middle school team this past spring. He plays 2nd base and pitches for the rec team. Open to any position.
