Ok I know that I'm not the only one who noticed it this weekend at all-stars but to me the umpires were bad in attitude and and being consistant with their calls. They make good money and know what they are signing up for when they take this job. I mean my gosh it's middle of summer so you know it's going to be hot. If you don't want to be hot don't take the job. Also if you made the calls the same or somewhat close you wouldn't have 40-50 parents screaming at you. One ump let one kid balk for 3 innings in one game, another let a ball go foul and never said a thing while runners were going. If it's games that carry "ALL-STARS" in the name then get the best umps you got and not some guy that is fussing cause he is hot, or working on his tan , or just got picked up from a street corner in south Gastonia!!!!!

Dude, they make 50 bucks for a game and they receive no training. Not to mention your playing TopGun, the bush league of travel ball. Bad coaches, bad Umpiring and poor play should be expected. All-stars mean nothing to to them, it's a money mill. Play Perfect Game, if you want better all around.

Umpires are all rookies at some point. Never seen a umpire have a perfect game.
just like i havent seen a player have a perfect game.
dont like the border line strike being called for strike 3 you shouldnt have watched the first one go right down the middle.
dont like the close play at the plate when you forgot to slide, then slide.
